dave mcbride Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Yes it will ... It will make our defense tired. What's your logic?
HelloNewman Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Well, I'm assuming that the team is trying to win! You have to take most of it serious. This team is a F$#%ng joke right now. Worse than the Raiders this afternoon. Gheesh!! Â Â Morriman's leg is going to be dead by the 12th game this year......
DaBills51 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Trent is terrible in the pocket. I remember last year people were praising his pocket presence, but I dont consider standing stationary in the pocket till the last second pocket presence. Watch Brady, Brees, and especially Manning, and see how much they move up and side to side in the pocket. Better yet just watch Big Ben.
bizell Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 dang, we had 3 guys within a fingernail of sacking benro
crazyDingo Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Can't wait to hear how DJ spins THIS one after the game! "I thought Trent looked good..."
TheMadKat Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Why can't we do that on defense?! Â Give me a break.... Refreshing the QB every 2-3 years isnt going to fix this mess.
Big Turk Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Can't wait to hear how DJ spins THIS one after the game! Â same thing as always..."We have a lot of work to do", even though we have had more practice time than any other team, yet somehow still look worse than all other teams...
Saudi Arabia Rob Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Good Gosh, even when we get pressure on the QB, he moves around and gets the ball away. Pocket presence which can't be taught.
GOBILLS78 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Can't wait to hear how DJ spins THIS one after the game! Â It's hard to win in the NFL. But hey, we're trying. We've got a lot of work to do, no doubt about it. But lucky for us, we have two weeks to prepare. We're going to hit the practice field and try to execute better.
ThePebble19 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Man, McKelvin looks good tonight. I just wish we could say the same for....well, anyone else.
jayg Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Yup........ Â Â Well for me , this season is officially over. I won't waste any more sundays on this team Monday night against the Pats will be a slaughter, nation wide!
dbringer Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Did you see the way McKelvin lifted the receiver's leg so it wouldn't land inbounds? That was cool...
HelloNewman Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 When you coddle your players like DJ has.....there is no toughness and you basically get run over....Big Ben looks like Johnny Unitas tonite
sven233 Posted August 30, 2009 Author Posted August 30, 2009 I refuse to believe that this offense, with these players is this bad. If the QBs were switched in this game and BR played for us, I KNOW we would be MUCH BETTER. Â I really think that the offense might be OK. It is the QB that is throwing the whole thing off.
Stenbar Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 im gonna need 15 more beers tonight to get any sleep tonight. The secret to happiness is low expecations
bizell Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 sigh. benro has time to double-clutch, and throw it in the middle of the field to hines ward for a 20+ yard gainer.
Big Turk Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 where was the hold?? Maybin is ABUSING their LT....he got freaking hogtied...
