Analyze the moves they made over this year.......

- Sticking with Teague even though the fans were screaming for change....because if we would have made the move to someone else we would have never seen Tre's big time improvement....AND because we stuck with him (keeping his confidence up) and gave tucker reps at the spot.....now we have adaquate players at both center AND at left guard

- The Gradual move from Travis Henry to Magehee.......they gave Travis every opportunity to win it back....and he cannot say any different. This kept the two from starting a RB contiversey that divided the team.....you could even see a dissapointed Travis Henry clapping on the sideline during the game.....

- The gradual insertion of Lee Evans into the game plan.....lets face it....Lee is a rookie.....they didn't throw too much too fast at him.....and it has probably helped him in the end as he could slowley get into the hot water......

- The gradual move from the Denny/Kelsey machine to what looks to be the mostly Kelsay machine....Kelsay is ready.......and the staff has seen it....

- The move of Troy Vincent to safety......Troy may be slowing down as a elite corner.....but he will surely cover the ground as a safety....and has the hands to get the picks.....he and Milloy should make quite a team

This is a far cry from former coaching staffs that were just too damn subborn to make moves that would help the team......our coaching staff is seeing it slowly but they ARE seeing it

They're still making mistakes in play calling and time management but that'll come with more experience. Overall, I'm pretty pleased.

Im pleased, too. They are responding to the staff, playing well and jelling as a club. What more can you want?

Those who get on the staff for being cautious with McGahee are the same folks (and writers) who bashed the stevestojan out of Wade Phillips and John Bulter for the lightning-quick knee-jerk benching of Flutie in the Tenessee game a few years back. So take that talk with a grain of salt.

Not to mention keeping the players focused, fostering a team centric attitude and sticking to the plan even when 0-4. Many poorly coached teams would have cashed it in and would be playing for the #1 2005 draft pick.....we are getting better every week.

---- and I like thay MM didn;t "open it up" even after RW was publically calling for less boring football..he knew the points would come if the mistakes were cut down.

I'm positive the Bills won't be doing that.

How easy we forget the era of Gregg Williams. :D Compared to Greggy, I'd say MM has done outstanding in his overall game day management (save the clock issue before the half in the last game). But, you're right, in that he'll get much better with just some more experience. I guess my point here is MM is much better in this regard after 8 games than GW was after 3 years experience.
