Lofton80 Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 First and goal throw to flat for FB? Turk is in midseason form.
Big Turk Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 I officially think I could throw a better ball than Hamdan...
jimmy griffin Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 yes, he looks special. very active. this might have been a steal. i like his height (6'2) and the leverage he uses. good balance, good closing speed. ellison to the bench. of course perry loves his ellison. He has stood out every game. It's time to get him some reps with the 1st stringers
Big Turk Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 First and goal throw to flat for FB? Turk is in midseason form. That was a TD until Hamdan threw it into the ground 2 feet in front of him...
Sisyphean Bills Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 He has stood out every game. It's time to get him some reps with the 1st stringers Or cut him. Heads or tails?
BillsVet Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 All right, I'm going to say it: Hamdan sucks. There's a reason he's never been trusted as more than a 3rd stringer. He has no touch on his throws, and regularly hoists up wounded ducks. May the chroisen ones now enter the fray.
BillsVet Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Jauron is a french name, correct? Because he's surrendering like a frenchman right now.

GG Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Jauron is a french name, correct? Because he's surrendering like a frenchman right now. Why should you practice an offside kick in the preseason?
Huuuge Bills Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 On-side this time? Nope! Seriously, why would we try to practice something that we might need to win a game. EDIT: Why in the name of all things holy are we using our timeouts but we won't try an onside kick?
Marv Levy Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Brady and the Pats are watching this game, licking their chops and laughing their asses off waiting for week 1 to get here.
GG Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 EDIT: Why in name of all things holy are we using our timeouts but we won't try an onside kick? My guess is that the coaches need more practice than players?

EDIT: Why in name of all things holy are we using our timeouts but we won't try an onside kick? WTF? Do you seriously want people to start thinking it is easy to win in the NFL?!?
Lori Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Stat of the week, from Mark Gaughan's deadline piece: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/story/772033.html The game was the first outing for the Buffalo offense against a hostile crowd and the first game against a 3-4 defense. The Bills were 1-8 against the 3-4 defense last season. Knew it was bad, but 1-8?!? Yikes.
nobody Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 The special teams haven't looked too hot this preseason. The league keeps making it harder for the special teams to be a meaningful part of the game.

KOKBILLS Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Nope! Seriously, why would we try to practice something that we might need to win a game. EDIT: Why in the name of all things holy are we using our timeouts but we won't try an onside kick? It's Dead Dick Ball!!! Oh how I can't wait for similar shenanigans this Season!!! What fun we'll all have! Fun for the whole Family!
jimmy griffin Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 lol! Jauron is a french name, correct? Because he's surrendering like a frenchman right now.
Huuuge Bills Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 How so?? You can no longer use the Wedge to block on kick returns for one. You are now only allowed to have two blockers in an area at any one time. Although why they want to limit the most exciting plays in the sport is beyond me.
