thepizzaking Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...tory?id=4413437 About damned time. Let's see what sort if impact, if any, he can make at this point.
thepizzaking Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So can we stop hating him now? NO! He's a bust!
Ned Flanders Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So can we stop hating him now? I actually feel sorry for him...he never had the opportunity to have a Garbage Plate.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Aaron Maybin moves slightly up the Buffalo hate scale. He now rests just above Chris Mortenson but still below Lonnie Johnson.
ThereIsNoDog Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So can we stop hating him now? Are you kidding? He now has to prove that the holdout didn't do irreparable harm to his rookie season.
damj Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Good ... now we can cut him! Man, what a bust!!! I knew we should have taken Orakpo ...
Jerry Christ Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 trade him for next years 7th round pick from the raiders or cowboys
ieatcrayonz Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So can we stop hating him now? He has a lot to prove on the field, but that is not unlike every other rookie. I think hate is a strong word but Maybin also has to prove he is going to give some effort. Between him and JAIrus Byrd, it now looks as if the Bills have drafted two lazy me me me types. Until they prove otherwise, we should be disappointed in them, but not hate them. I'm sure Poz' feelings towards Maybin might be a little more than disappointment, but probably not to the level of hate.
leh-nerd skin-erd Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 So can we stop hating him now? here's the thing. when i'm sitting in a seat in satan's basement during that first monday night game, if maybin can get to brady and put his a$$ on the field made from the crushed bones of innocents, all is forgiven.
/dev/null Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Okay folks, time to pull the pins out of your Maybin and Brandon voodoo dolls
Kipers Hair Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 Aaron Maybin moves slightly up the Buffalo hate scale. He now rests just above Chris Mortenson but still below Lonnie Johnson. Why the hatred for Lonnie Johnson? Maybin hasn't earned any from me yet - his agent on the other hand....
SteamRoller67 Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...tory?id=4413437 Good news! Adam Schefter is also reporting it's a 5 year deal being signed sometime today. http://twitter.com/Adam_Schefter
Delete This Account Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 with all do respect to Schef, that's not what i've been told. and i'm not saying he's wrong. story to move shortly. jw ADD: adds link. reporting that they're close. Bills `close' to signing Maybin
buffaloaggie Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/trainingcamp...tory?id=4413437 OK, Aaron, show us what you got! Substance or Hype?
evilcape Posted August 21, 2009 Posted August 21, 2009 i think maybin might get a few snaps in a real regular season game around week 3. I think his stat line at the end of the year will read something like this: G GS TT ST AT SAC INT PD FF FR 7 0 18 7 11 0.5 0 0 0 1 pretty pathetic for a number one 11th overall pick. Hes going to be pretty much useless to our team this year. He will just help out by giving the starters a breather once in a while. Stupid future bust holdout idiot!
