You're tellling me you can't harass someone if you're on your own property? Gee I never knew that. So if I verbally abuse someone as long as I'm on my own property while I'm doing it I'm above the law? Wow, I learn something new every day on this board.

He wasn't abusive or disorderly. He was on his own property talking up a storm... That is why the charges were dropped.
