Kind of like muting Britney Spears videos back in the day (videos, there's another one for your "things you never see" thread). There has to be a limit though on how bad someone sounds. They are obviously going for the "Sheriff John Bunell" theme when they produce these PSAs: "Do you know this sound? *cell door shutting* It's the sound of a cell door slamming shut after you've been busted for drinking and driving."
