Thanks for all the ideas guys. It was pretty cheap for 2 people to go up there. ($700 for hotel, car, and plane tickets) We are definitely going to hit Niagara Falls and the WWII ship. And every other idea listed sounded a lot of fun too. I am trying to make this a yearly thing. I have a son who is 3 so I will be bringing him up hopefully next year or the year after.

Well I hope to see some of you guys up there.

Take care.

P.S.

I thought Stupar looked great against Chicago and I think the Bills will be just fine this year.

Sounds like you have a ton of good suggestions already. Let me just add that, weather permitting, don't miss the Maid of the Mist boat ride - it'll take you right into the center of the Horseshoe Falls. I know some have said do the Canadian side - but the bridges and the border patrol can be a hassle at times. Best to stay on our side, then do the Seneca Niagara Casino, where the booze is free. (You have to buy your drinks at the Canadian casinos!)

The Naval Park is a great call - also puts you at the Erie Canal historic site, which is just starting to be developed - if you do make this an annual event, you'll get to see how long it takes to get anything built around here! :P

If you're into architecture, do take in the Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin House -

If you like Broadway shows, Chicago is at Shea's Performing Arts Center that weekend...

Shea's

That puts you in the theater district, and near the Chippewa Strip, which some folks like to frequent. Allentown is a bit more mature - the Chip Strip is mostly youngsters who drink too much beer before they start fighting and puking. You've already been told that Gabriel's Gate (in Allentown) has The BuffTown's best wings - you can maybe find some good jazz at Allentown Hardware or some of the other Allentown hot spots...

GO BILLSSS!!!!

19 and 0 baby!!!!
