Griz Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 It looks nice to see; #1 in interceptions - Ellis Lankster #2 in interceptions - Leodis McKelvin #2 in passing yards - Ryan Fitzpatrick #3 in receiving yards - Jonathan Stupar #3 in tackles - Chris Ellis

Griz Posted August 17, 2009 Author Posted August 17, 2009 Sorry man. They have played an extra game. Like I said, it means nothing, but it sure does look nice!
billsfan89 Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I love those NFL commercials where they do bad predictions from the beginning of the season at the end of the year (Like last year if you said that the Browns were going to lite up the sky with Anderson to Edwards and Winslow all day). Well one year when the Raiders were their usual post 2002 super bowl terrible they had a guy saying that "I know its pre-season but hell the Raiders are 4-0" They won 4 games during the regular season. So to me pre-season means absolutely nothing and while I look for signs from specific players I don't care too much. I don't let good showings like the Bears get me too excited yet I don't let bad games like the Titans game let me get too down either. Yeah its nice to see those stats (I don't care if we even had those thanks to the extra game) but they don't mean much. Just hope the team doesn't look incompetent and no one gets hurt (That being the most important thing).
BuffaloBill Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 Like I said, it means nothing, but it sure does look nice! you are really reaching but kudos for the effort
