Glass To The Arson
Do they make GPS systems that run on batteries? My car lighter is broken and my trip to Canton Ohio last week. I used map quest (i love you ) most of the way there but I think a GPS would be so much easier. Any ideas?
Just Jack
My Garmin Streetpilot has a built in battery, not replaceable, and you still need a way to charge it, either cigarette lighter, or USB port.

KD in CA
Personally, I'd rather read a map. Always found them fascinating, even as a kid.
