sabres...yawn Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 SIT DOWN! Preseason. Regular season. Time outs. Blow outs. Yeah, we see ya... you're 21 and drunk. Wow. Now grow up and sit down unless there is a reason to stand. And stop turning to the crowd with your beer in hand and yelling "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! COME ONNNNNNNNN"! I'm talking to you... tunnel end zone guy.
MarkyMannn Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 You are going to get flamed big time for this thread, but I agree 100%
BillnutinHouston Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 You are going to get flamed big time for this thread, but I agree 100% There should be a Bud Light commercial about those morons. On second thought, Budweisier probably doesn't want to offend their best customers.

K-9 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 And put your fricken shirts back on, too. NOBODY (outside a couple posters here...and you KNOW who you are) want to see your Greg Williams man-boobs. GO BILLS!!!
May Day 10 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Im in the back row and my entire section pretty much stands throughout the game. love it
Thoner7 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 If you want to sit for an entire football game, and get mad when others stand and make noise, then stay at home and watch it from your nice quiet comfortable couch. JMO.
NewHampshireBillsFan Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 I went to Texas A&M for a Ph.D. and the tradition there is for the student body to stand the entire game. I could have sat in a section set up for grad students but I preferred to stand with the bulk of the students. It really helps to increase your focus and for the opposing teams it is quite intimidating.

Pete Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 yeah lets all stay seated in our seats and be passive
goynahan Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 my family has had bleacher seat season ticks in the tunnel endzone for 20 years and it's by far the rowdiest and best section of the stadium

GOBILLS78 Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Watch the game from home. You can sit all game and you'll have a nice view.
BillsFanInRochester Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 Ah, a topic that is dear to my heart. There is one thing much more annoying than the fan that stands up throughout the game -- the fan that is constantly yelling for that fan to sit down. Please, focus that energy on cheering on the Bills. I'm sure on the field, it all sounds the same. But from my seat, "D-FENSE" and "sit down" just don't mesh. I swear, some people go to the game just to yell at those people because they're having too much fun! It can be annoying when someone stands up for the entire game, but from 99% of my observations, and in my section, most fans are standing when the Bills are on defense, or they are celebrating a nice offensive play. It feels funny to sit and cheer. <yay, team... okay, now let's sit still.> You just can't get enough into it. Unless, of course, you're sitting and yelling for someone in front of you to sit down. Then of course, you have more annoying exuberance and energy than a crying baby.

NOBODY (outside a couple posters here...and you KNOW who you are) want to see your Greg Williams man-boobs. GO BILLS!!! If I want to take my shirt of during a game I damn sure will. Its a blast when you get other people around you doing it too! If a fat guy with "moobs" joins in all the better.

It is kind of hard to sit and watch the game when everyone else stands...so...no...I'll keep standing too... Do some people get out of hand and be obnoxious? Absolutely. Could we do without that? Absolutely. But that is what happens at Bills games, always has and always will. Stop bitching about it. If you don't like it then stay home. BTW I see a plenty of 30 somethings 40 somethings and older who are all bagged up and out of control. Don't blame it all on the kiddies.

Isn't it great when people twist your words to counter a point that you NEVER made. Isn't there anything in between standing up during every 5 minute TV timeout when nothing is going on and sitting on your hands and being quiet? Just be cool- consider the other people around you and act like you've been to a game before.
