ThereIsNoDog Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Bingo. Hit the nail on the head. I don't believe we'd hear a peep from the loyal throng at TBD about the shady nature of the play, were it the Bills who got 6 points out of it. I can't speak for everyone else, but for me, this is just flat-out WRONG! Do I care that the Bills pull out a good trick play in pre-season, when it's meaningless, when it would be best served used in the regular season when it matters? No.
Arkady Renko Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 i have absolutely no problem with jeff fisher calling plays like that.there is a reason jeff is a winning coach and dick jauron is a losing coach.jeff expects to win and dick on the other makes excuses after each game how the opponet was real tough.i wish jeff fisher was our coach and not the titans...hell id take marty schottenheimer in a heartbeat over dick. It was preseason, who cares if they win.
SF Bills Fan Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I've always liked Fisher. I like his style and I like the fact that he does unconventional stuff like that and sadly, the homerun throwback. I would love to have that guy in Buffalo.

It was close, could have blown up in Fisher's face. Then we wouldn't be chirping about a dissing, but what a bonehead move it was and dissing that idiot that gave the Bills great field position...
