thebug Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 I just heard two in one sentence. excussse me followed by pleassse. I was disappointed a "duh" did not follow. "whatever"
Chef Jim Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 +1 You know you either like that saying or you don't. I actually love it. It's a lot better than saying "there's nothing you can do about it so stop being a !@#$ing baby and deal with it!" because that's pretty much what you're saying with that line.
GOBILLS78 Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 "And it's three-and-out for the Bills." and "... and what have you." and "... things of that nature."
Jim in Anchorage Posted August 11, 2009 Author Posted August 11, 2009 It is what it is. Sh** happens.
The Dean Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 That's neither here nor there. (Where the hell is it?)
The Dean Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Sh** happens. S#it doesn't just "happen", a$$holes make it.
GOBILLS78 Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 I'm not sure if it qualifies as a cliche, but I go into convulsions any time someone says she's the "hostess with the mostest."
Live&DieBillsFootball Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 The one I hate the most is "state of the art".
The Dean Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 He gives 110/120/150/200/1000 percent! (He really can't.)
The Dean Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Bleeding edge. (How does that possibly come before "cutting edge"?)
ieatcrayonz Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 The elephant is the groom. What the heck is that supposed to mean?
BuffaloBill Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 S#it doesn't just "happen", a$$holes make it. Technically release it.
BuffaloBill Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 How about: "been there got the t-shirt" I highly doubt it in most cases and even if true - who cares?
BillsPride12 Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 It is what it is, is actually a great saying IMO.
