The guy puts in hours studying the data from each play. He's a real empiricist, even if you don't agree with his conclusions.

A lot better read than the casual crap typically posted on message boards.

If I read into that imo it seems Bell was our best linemen last night....or at least our most consistant.

I find it interesting how Bell seemed to handle his responsibility the majority of the time but he is worried about Bell.

That's why I mentioned that the raw breakdown is what's important. You can draw your own conclusions.

i like the play by play thing but I do question whether he knows what he's talking about a bit. He seems to consider pass blocking by the tackles to be holding every time (no calls, no obvious holds = good nfl pass blocking).

I noticed that to.....speaking from experience what he is describing as possible holdng......really isn't holding. It is the fault of the D linemen to allow the OL to get his hands on him.

And yet...

General Impressions

I'm worried about Bell and Walker.

I didn't think Bell was that bad, but this guy apparently is concerned.

Allen Wilson at the B-News breaks down plays occasionally, but ron-NM does it regularly, usually concentrating on the O-line. Must take him about 8-10 hours to do an entire game.
