It's called a "buffet" and they are all over the place. Essentially, ISP service is a buffet. Some ISPs offer plans that charge for how much bandwidth you use. I was in consumer electronics and no, i do not think you should pay half of what i pay for the same tv simply because you watch it half as much as i paid for it.....hey, i'm just sayin' My head's already hurting.
