I will let your kid bolt out into traffic and watch him get killed, these days. If I tried to restrain and save your kid from death, I'm sure I would be charged as a sexual predator and my life will be ruined. Or if you were close by, you would attack me, as you say. Can't have it both ways... I understand the man's reaction. But the other fellow was no longer a threat. Grab him and move him further away. Put a bear hug on him.
