BillsFan Trapped in Pats Land
Fabrico De Melo, a 7-foot, 267-pound center from Sagemont High School in Florida, has decided to play for Syracuse University, his high school coach confirmed on Tuesday. Ranked the #5 overall prospect for 2010. Big time recruit. Great work.

Miyagi-Do Karate
A good friend of mine has been following the recuriting of Fab and been keeping me up to date. I was shocked when I heard the news today. Cuse was a front-runner, but even as late as last week, Fab M. had Louisville as his first choice. To steal him away from Lousville, was a great move. Our next two classes could be the best ever.

inkman
Remember the last time Cuse had a highly recruited player named "Melo" on the team? That's an unfortunate burden on this kid. He's a project. I'd hope for an Etan Thomas like college career.

MattyT
Check this out. :worthy: This is gonna sound bad, but I was pretty certain that "Fabrico De Melo" was gonna be some gangly white kid just off the boat from Italy. Syracuse does love their gangly white centers.
BuffOrange
This is sweet. Huge disappointment if his college career resembles Etan Thomas. He was a joke his freshman year and developed into a nice player. But top 5 recruit - f*&* it - this is the kind of guy that always picks Uconn instead. bills44
!@#$. I saw that this post had been bumped, so I got my hopes up, thinking that Tobias Harris might have committed. Ah, well Fab Melo will have to do for now.

Miyagi-Do Karate
I hate always being right. Well, you called it. Not sure what people were smoking when they said he was one and done (probably the same stuff when they were saying that Devondorf was a one and done player too).
