PromoTheRobot Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 Who said he was the next Tom Brady? C'mon...'fess up. Oh, now I remember...it was McGee and McGahee! PTR
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 West Coast attitude plus Noodle Arm = Bust Hell, West Coast attitude + good arm = R.J.
ans4e64 Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 Hall of Fame QB ahead of him? Super Bowl winning QB ahead of him? I'll reserve my judgment of how good he is to when he actually plays.
ThereIsNoDog Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 Leinart sucks. Maybe if the Cards had a pro bowl TE, they could recreate the talent he had making him look better at USC.
nemhoff Posted August 3, 2009 Posted August 3, 2009 love his quote, "I'm not worried, I'm just gonna keep doing my thing." ahh-ha, and that would be continuing your role as a clipboard holder

zazie Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 He is in the best position ever. He is getting first round, guaranteed dollars and does not have to sacrifice his body to do it. Maybe he would rather play, but, when he is 40, he will still be stinking rich and I promise will have many less aches and pains than any qb that played in his nfl career. Lucky guy, to have a noodle arm and have had a great college coach that got him into the high first round.....
Omar Little Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Who said he was the next Tom Brady? C'mon...'fess up. Oh, now I remember...it was McGee and McGahee! PTR Mulligan? I said a lot of dumb crap in my younger days on this forum.
rackemrack Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Can we please all hope the same for Sanchez???? sanchez will be the next tom brady! there, hopefully i jinxed him
High Mark Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 His arm is more than adequate. As important as arm strength is, anticipation is much more important. Matt is a smart and accurate QB. Rocket arms get you Jp Losman, smarts, accuracy, and anticipation get you Montana. You dont have to have it all.

Another 2 years and Leinart's probably in the UFL as well.
BillsVet Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Who is Matt Leinart? I thought it was Max Leinart that Marv decided against?

dpbillsfan Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Mulligan? I said a lot of dumb crap in my younger days on this forum. No mulligans. You have to hit a provisional from the tee box.
RockPile007 Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 People will conveniently switch their 2006-draft argument to Jay Cutler.
ThereIsNoDog Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 People will conveniently switch their 2006-draft argument to Jay Cutler. Or Ngata.

fakeeyed Posted August 6, 2009 Posted August 6, 2009 i still think leinart will be a solid nfl qb...but he definitely needs to get out of arizona. no one is saying he should be given a chance over warner, but if the cards cut him loose...there'd be teams lining up to get him.
