Southern California is having a town hall meeting on health care and they opened the meeting by saying "Will all illegal aliens who want free health care provided by hardworking American taxpayers please take a seat." It is already available to them so perhaps you should have said .... will all hardworking taxpayers please take a seat while we describe how the situation will be reversed.
