Any word yet or projections on who could be going on the wall in 2009?

Steve Christie?

Pete Metzelaars?

Phil Hanson?

The Biscuit?

None this year. AFL tribute takes center stage, according to our own Lori, who got it directly from a member of the selection committee.

Interesting, though i am not sure any of the above mentioned players deserve to be on the wall of fame. Maybe Someone who should be added to the bubble list might be Eric Moulds.

My suggestion would be Van Miller.

i agree. I havent seen anyone listed (outside of Van Miller) who should go up.

I didn't even think of Van...he would be the next choice without hesitation.

Bennett's career is better than Talley's. Van Miller should be up there as well. Moulds is a strong consideration.

Very debatable. It's not always about stats.

Mine would be Lou Saban - especially in this 50th Anniversary year.

Come on, Ralph - bury the hatchet....

Lou Saban

I agree that Saban should be up there, but I doubt it is going to happen anytime soon.

i think in this order

Van Miller 2010, Lou 2011(maybe surprise 2009 with the afl celebration?), James Lofton/The Biscuit

I know James was not with the team for a long time but he still deserves it

Disagree with most, agree with some.

IMO, Bennett is an absolute. In time -and it may take decades- I think he'll be HOF. I'm positive he would be if he'd stayed here his whole career.

Hanson, as well. I still have every game the guy played for us on VHS. It doesn't take an experts' eye to see how instrumental he was -for his entire career!

Van -YES!

..and my favorite of all time : Bobby Chandler - our BEST #81!
