MartyBall4Buffalo Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/sports_blo...izing-deal.html Granted MMA is not really my thing, but this is a fight that would be worth the ppv price tag.
ajzepp Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Agreed. I haven't paid for a PPV since Wrestlemania 6 back in the day....I'd buy this one in a heartbeat.

I'll believe it when I see it. I know the latimes is a reputable source but I've been following this story very closely all week and I no where else is it being reported that a deal is close to being done. Fedor's people have long stated the only way he will fight in the UFC is if the UFC allows M-1 global (which Fedor is part owner of) to co-promote. No way the UFC would allow that, hopefully Fedor's people get a clue and drop that demand. I REALLY REALLY hope this is true.
