WellDressed Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Yea man, I gots a good buddy that is a big philly sports fan, I feel bad for all of those involved.
Steely Dan Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 I think he was content with where he was at. Fewer political/media games, good enough $, was able to just focus on what he loved as a coordinator. I'm a little surprised there aren't more guys like that. What a tremendous D coordinator. Good guy and never wanted a HC job despite being offered several times.
djcalvin79 Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 excellent excellent D-coordinator, will always be remembered as a coaching legend.. prayers to the family, and RIP Jim
Chandler#81 Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Thoughts and condolences to the family. R.I.P., Jim
Philly McButterpants Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Heard about this last night. Truly very sad. RIP Jim.

BuffaloBud Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Godspeed Coach. Note to all - Coach Johnson was originally diagnosed with melanoma. This then spread to the spine in his lower back. PLEASE make sure you see a DR once a year.
