gmac17 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Big bust in NJ today, including the Mayor of Hoboken who was taking $5,000 bribes from the trunks of cars in diner parking lots. I've been involved (volunteered) for a few Hoboken political campaigns, including helping the opponent of this guy last month (he beat her (reform candidate) by 160 votes). We tried to tell everyone he was like this...... http://www.nj.com/hobokennow/index.ssf/200...ed_for_tak.html
Nanker Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Oh, it gets better and better. BTW - no mention in the news that they're Republicans. So, it's even money that they're mostly Democrats. Van Pelt is a Republican. Interesting that Bloscak isn't calling for Harvey Smith to step down. Small wonder.
DC Tom Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Oh, it gets better and better. BTW - no mention in the news that they're Republicans. So, it's even money that they're mostly Democrats. It's Jersey. They're Democrats.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Peter Cammarano and L. Harvey Smith - Democrat Daniel Van Pelt - Republican Two Democrats, three Rabbi's and a Republican walk into a bar....
DC Tom Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Two Democrats, three Rabbi's and a Republican walk into a bar.... ...guard your wallets, everyone.
1billsfan Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 ...and the chosen one wonders why Americans are balking at the prospect of the government being in charge of health care. Reminds me of the hospital "pillow to face" scene in the Godfather. Very few states left NOT being run by criminals IMO.
/dev/null Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Two Democrats, three Rabbi's and a Republican walk into a bar.... And the doctor says rectum...it almost killed him!
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Love the ads for governor's office in NJ.

During law school, Peter worked on the Gore-Lieberman 2000 presidential campaign, attended the 2000 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles, and was a speechwriter and legislative aide to State Senator Garry J.
