KD in CA Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 I love this guy. He quits his job and stays home working on cracking the KFC formula. Good for him.
ExiledInIllinois Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 MSG? how novel. Why? It was used in everything years ago. I worked at Dubel's Deli and we used on the top round for the roast beef (with a piece of suet).
ExiledInIllinois Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Another mystery that is secret: Can somebody crack where MLB gets the mud for the umps to mud up the basballs before a game? They say it comes somewhere near Jersey shore?
The Dean Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 The Colonel's secret recipe. Or not: "The exact recipe has never been released," Douglas admitted, "but mine comes really, really close. I kept trying, and with the help of the online community, we figured out a recipe that's so good most people can't tell the difference."... ..."The recipes are my own — I use the names as a reference point so people know what they're eating," he said... Fail

MSG does nothing else than enhance flavor. So if you added it to something that tastes like shiit to begin with, retatta for example, it will make it taste shiitier.
