The Dean Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 We got all this fresh meat in this thread, and you bring one that looks like John Kerry with a wig to the table? She really does look like John Kerry. Yikes!
Ramius Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Gotta go with the former Metro News 1 anchor, Robin Scherbatsky.
HopsGuy Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Gotta go with the former Metro News 1 anchor, Robin Scherbatsky. She's afraid of the dark. AND pregnant. Since someone already posted Margaret Brennan, I'll go with the Street Sweetie, Erin Burnett. Rebecca Jarvis is nice, too. I'm a big fan of Becky Quick, but so is Warren Buffett.
angrygnome Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 IMHO Melissa wins hands down. But anyone ever see the local Buffalo girl on CW23? Not too bad. http://www.cw23.com/dpp/cw23_girl/lydia_bio

angrygnome Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Did you bother to read any of her bio answers? Holy crap, what an airhead. I had no idea intelligence had anything to do with how hot she was. It's easier to tune her voice out than throw a paper bag over her head.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Did you bother to read any of her bio answers? Holy crap, what an airhead. What in specific? I mean, there are a couple of typos, but I'm sure she isn't the one that physically entered the info onto the site. If you're referring to the cosmetology license thing, well at least she has a trade right? Also, horrible taste in movies, etc. but that's pretty typical of women.

She sounds like a beauty pageant contestant, not a news anchor, who supposedly, you know, thinks about things and has a higher education.

I thought she won some internship through a beauty contest or something.
EZC-Boston Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 How about another business babe...Rebecca Diamond
The Dean Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 She's an ANCHOR? I thought she won some internship through a beauty contest or something. Actually, I think you are close to being correct here. According to the site, she is the "CW23 Girl". Holy crap how freakin' horrible can it get? As this is an "Anchorbabe" thread, and most of the posts seem to be legit "Anchors", I came to a bad conclusion. I'm still fairly certain she's an airhead, though.
The Poojer Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 i don't think they had camera's back then Well, to be fair, you should post pics when she was young. I bet she was a real babe, then.
The Poojer Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 and prior to metro news 1 Gotta go with the former Metro News 1 anchor, Robin Scherbatsky.
WWVaBeach Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 i don't think they had camera's back then They had em but you had to hold the flash powder over your head to take the pic indoors.
ans4e64 Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 There's a news broadcast going on? Holy schit! I can't believe they let her wear that on air!
The Dean Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Holy schit! I can't believe they let her wear that on air! Agreed, that hairstyle is very unflattering and that eye shadow is way too dark. Good call!
buckeyemike Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 And here's my pick: Liz Claman, Fox Business Channel. She was on a Columbus TV station for a few years when I was in college and then, much to my delight, she moved to Cleveland in the mid-1990s. By now, she's probably 46-47. The other one I really like that hasn't been mentioned is Erin Burnett of CNBC.
