Chef Jim Posted July 17, 2009 Posted July 17, 2009 The reason I asked was I just saw a Bobby Flay/Throwdown fish taco episode--and the "expert" he was challenging used catfish and seemed to suggest that catfish was the way to go. Now that I think about it, though, I wonder if that was an authentic "Mexican fish taco" (at least, authentic from where he came from in Mexico).
