CowgirlsFan Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 When a guest spills a drink, maintance will clean up the exterior of the slot machine, but we need to open it up and make sure nothing got inside. If some did, we clean that up. With that said, my hands smelled like beer the rest of the night. I wish. I have no direct contact with the cash, and I like it like that. yes How's the selection of the ladies there? Best cow is down. Noticed her Saturday morning off by herself and her 3 week old calf wandering about. Vet came, not sure whats going on, she can almost get up but can't narrow it down to whats going on - no swelling, nothing telling. Milked her a few times today to get calf trained on the bottle, he's penned up now, hoping that we do not have to put a bullet in her head. Messed all the entire weekend - I have just a tiny bit of fence to finish. Isn't all that digital now? Sorry about the news. I gamble myself. Wanna take a bet on me, farmer boy? Hey!! Welcome aboard The Last Posts Wins Family!!
Just Jack Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Do you gamble yourself? Almost every day driving here through the snow. Oh, you mean in the casino. No, not allowed since I'm employee of the manufacture and have a gaming license. If I did, I'd stick with table/card games, where you have some input in the outcome, instead of trusting a random number generator.
CowgirlsFan Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Tree down and all cleaned up. And now my tree too!
mead107 Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Jack has a gambling problem, at the casino every day.
Just Jack Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Jack has a gambling problem, at the casino every day. Not every day, just 5 of the 7 days of the week.
boyst Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 Ya'll are some good folks. Tequila shots to ease the mind, moonshine to ease the body, meditate to ease my soul. Not every day, just 5 of the 7 days of the week. Those are still some pretty good odds. 5 out of 7... That's like 57%!?
mead107 Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Not every day, just 5 of the 7 days of the week. Out selling your body the other 2 days?
Just Jack Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Out selling your body the other 2 days? Sleeping in, today I didn't get up till after 2pm. Ya'll are some good folks. Tequila shots to ease the mind, moonshine to ease the body, meditate to ease my soul. Those are still some pretty good odds. 5 out of 7... That's like 57%!? More like 71.4%. Pretty good odds I'll get a paycheck.

boyst Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 Hate to tell you all this but .... You're all losing .... Losers... Yeah, if you only knew about my day, bub. I nearly sent it to ya, too, but I know you've been busy as a beaver, didn't want to interrupt your high footloose'n fancy free Chicago way of life!
Cugalabanza Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 I think in a very special way, we're all losers.

Just Jack Posted January 8, 2013 Posted January 8, 2013 So my original Ford factory radio doesn't like track 1 on any CD. So I order a cheap replacement from Amazon since I have gift cards from Christmas. First problem, they ship it to my PO box, which means ground shipping, not free 2-day shipping that I signed up for with Prime. Second problem, once it arrives, it doesn't have a CD player, just AM/FM/iPod dock, even though on the description page it referenced CDs. So I order a different model, overnight for $3.99, making sure it said and shows a CD slot. It arrives today, I get it installed, and it doesn't work. The "multi-control" when you turn it doesn't change any setting, and the on/off button doesn't work. So they'll ship me a replacement overnight. I wonder what's going to be wrong with this next one.

Does Ralph know you're borrowing his Taurus? Why not just save the money and get a cheap upgrade? You can get something for less then $100 that is pretty nice and very easy to install...

That's what I bought, everything (wire harness, mounting kit, radio) comes in just under $100. I only plan on keeping the truck till some time in the spring so I don't want to spend a lot.

As long as it is paid for, why not keep it for the crappy days and when its nasty out? It can haul stuff, too. Get yourself a nice simple Lexus or Mercedes.
