Just had some nuts for lunch. I do nuts (pecans ) in my oatmeal. I can eat nuts when ever I want on this diet. Nuts are good for you. That is right!! Nuts are the good fats to eat!!! Agreed, I keep a case in my mini fridge down in my work shed and it usually lasts a year.
