This should help you with your banal problem; http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2131/232186..._78c2980316.jpg

not even close.

in a retrospective mood, so pardon me.

just put together what i consider a strong collection of songs for a friend,

and while listening to that playlist.

it's struck as not perfect, but at least good,

which, to say the least, makes what i hope to be a nice gift.

and this is why i'm tired of the banal tonight,

the instant gratification of one-word and invisible posts

that serve only to amuse the few,

and generally only ourselves.

and that's too bad.

and maybe i'm being far too serious

but

i'm tired of the lack of inspiration

as opposed to the aspiration of something more.

son of a crap.

and this is why i refer to the banal.

the inglorious bastards of one or two word posts.

as if i win, wins.

well, in the spirit of inspiration and aspiration,

that doesn't deserve recognition

modest or not,

the tunes are flowing and so are my fingers,

against convention and sloppy hamdog laziness.

if there should be a last post,

it deserves its proper due,

and i'm not in the position of lobbying,

but a smart aleck response,

something better than a mere "i win,"

should fair far less than something far more intuitive.

i hope others don't take the easy way out.

Can't sleep. All apologies to Wawrow for my past, present and future banalities. Although if there's a place and a time, surely it's here and now, to say...

Poopy!

(I gotta get up way too soon, so I might as well steal a minor victory where I can).

OK, this has gone on just about enough.

I DEMAND THAT YOU CLOSE THIS THREAD NOW. I ALSO DEMAND THAT YOU POST A NEW THREAT PROCLAIMING ME THE WINNER.

Failure to comply will result in legal action by my attorney. Sagman, Bennet, Robbins, Oppenheim and Taft are prepared to litigate this issue if necessary.
