Seriously? Your solution is for him to move? There were no kids in the neighborhood I live in when I first got here 7 years ago. Now there's a ton of them. He obviously handled it wrong, but I can see how a bunch of kids playing right outside your house would get really trying after awhile. You always have to consider both sides of the story. Maybe this guy's grasp on French is not strong and he misinterpreted the meeting of "cul de sac" before purchasing his home. I did buy a cul-de-sac house for the same reason and am really happy that March-October my kids are out a lot. I rather they hang out with their friends on the block than some place I don't know about. In any case, even if you are unhappy about too many kids around your house & don't want to move, shut the windows and/or close the blinds. Piping porno sounds to the street is idiotic besides being weird. I think he will find that his sudden loss of neighborly love would be worse than the irritation he had with a bunch of kids playing outside.
