I heard you might not be able to play online with a pirated copy. On Sims 3 you aren't able to access some of the game because if you want to go on the online aspect of the game you will get bricked because it will access your game files and know its a pirated copy.

I love downloading old and some new games o-line but the whole can't use some of the online component might be a way to curb some of the illegal downloading. I don't know have you ever had any issues playing a pirated copy online?

It shouldnt be a problem. A- I dont play online much because you get up on someone early, they quit, and it sucks again. B- There are always junkies out there who develop cracks and keygens to get around all that blocking stuff. The Microsoft office I use is pirated. You can get $500 software with all the cracks and be good to use all the features. I may have to wait till some guy releases it online but I wont worry too much about online play, the blocks will be broken.

I usually buy NCAA because I'm a bigger college fan and quite frankly, over the past couple years, the gameplay has been better than Madden.

But this year, I've been taking notice and watching gameplay videos of all the new features in Madden 2010 and I'm really in awe, and cannot wait till the game comes out. I played the NCAA 10 demo and I didn't think it was a huge enough improvement over 09 to warrant getting that again over what EA has done with Madden this year. So yes, I absolutely cannot wait for Madden 2010 to come out next month.

Like I said I don't download new games that much so I wound't know how much they crack down on piracy (I think the last new PC game I downloaded was Company of Heroes), I am more of an SNES and Sega Genesis Roms kind of guy. I also like to pick up some old PC games because they don't sell those games anymore.

But I had a friend who downloaded Gears of War for PC and when he tried to play online they said he couldn't and than they banned his user name from windows live. He got around it by calling the company up and saying his name was hijacked by someone who wanted to play for free. Like I said I am sure there are many ways around it but they do try to use online updates and components to fight piracy.

I'm a sheep, I buy it every year.

Every year I hope and hope that player progression in franchise mode gets fixed and every year I'm dissapointed.
