Why the hell don't I get any of this grant money???? $400k to say "Gay men engage in risky sexual behavior while drunk because they're !@#$ing hammered". Hell, I'll point out the obvious for $200k. I've got to write a proposal for studying the psychological impact of workplace ineffeciency as related to IT infrastructure.
