If you like spaghetti buy a jar of sauce and dump them in and boil them. It really adds something to the sauce. While you're at it throw in some green peppers, mushrooms and onion. Yum Yum! Dice the tomatoes Chop up some basil Crush a few cloves of garlic Grate some fresh parmasean cheese Mix together with olive oil and splash of red wine vinegar Let sit in the refridgerator for a few hours. Serve with toasted slices of bread. I like a nice baguette. Voila! You have a nice fresh bruschetta. PTR

Chef Jim
Summertime oh summertime! Use them in a gazpacho. Put them with some cucumbers, bell peppers, garlic, and herbs (parsley or basil or cilantro) into a cuisinart and run until chopped fine. Then add some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper to taste.
