The Poojer Posted June 20, 2009 Share Posted June 20, 2009 He does authentic mexican cooking shows. he seems a bit of a creepy guy, but i love watching his shows, he makes the food sound so appealing, and he also makes it seem fairly easy to make. i think he is based in chicago with a couple high end restaurants....he is coming on in 15 minutes, hence the thread....carry on. True Mexican cuisine is one of my favorites and I enjoy every Bayless recipe I have ever tried. PBS cooking shows kick ass! And PBS kicks ass all in all!
