I hope you forgot the [/sarcasm] tag as the Bills have only developed one QB in their 50 year history. His name was Joe Ferguson. Second in line might be Frank Reich or Daryle Lamonica. Although Trent Edwards might eventually turn into number 2 if progresses this year.
