C.Biscuit97 Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 The NFL is full of very decent men... http://www.bengals.com/news/article-1/pres...9d-835bc35ccc23 90% of the guys in the NFL are good guys who do a lot of charity work. However, they aren't the ones that make for good headlines, so we don't hear about them like Pacman or Tank Johnson. For the Bengals' sake, they better hope RM focuses more on football than booze.
stuckincincy Posted June 11, 2009 Author Posted June 11, 2009 90% of the guys in the NFL are good guys who do a lot of charity work. However, they aren't the ones that make for good headlines, so we don't hear about them like Pacman or Tank Johnson. For the Bengals' sake, they better hope RM focuses more on football than booze. The Bengals serve a useful purpose: ..."The bottom line here is that, like it or not, the Bengals' margin for error in this area is smaller than most teams. Many of their peers are comfortable pointing a finger at the Bengals and taking the heat away from themselves. Many critics are comfortable having a team to represent the character issue, a team to label as the one to watch in this regard. And the Bengals are the choice."... http://www.nfl.com/draft/story?id=09000d5d...mp;confirm=true
tennesseeboy Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Sounds like a fine young man. I agree with the poster about the majority of them being decent, but I think it goes on a kind of curve...Mauluga appears high on the decency side. I hope he plays well against everyone but the Bills and finishes second in pro bowl voting graciously losing to a Bill.
