BeastMode54 Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I hope this has nothing to do with the rumors that he might have gotten arrested again. Anyone hear anything?
BeastMode54 Posted June 9, 2009 Author Posted June 9, 2009 I LOVE this board. Hey, I know it's ridiculous. I just want this team to be the best that it can this year, and any rumor, as absurd as it might sound, always gets me slightly worried
Guest dog14787 Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Mandatory mini camp, I'm not aware of Marshawn being absent unless its being reported somewhere.

kota Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 They could be resting him. They could be letting the other guys get reps since he is still suspended for 3 games. He could be hurt as well. Marshawn wasn't arrested over the weekend.
BeastMode54 Posted June 9, 2009 Author Posted June 9, 2009 That's called paranoia. I know. I'm very paranoid, with high anxiety. Not a good mix with being a Bills fan as well
Kipers Hair Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I LOVE this board. Not sure why you are blaming the board - the naitonal media does this kind of stuff all the time. Just because you hear it in a section of a site called "Whispers from around the league", does not make it any more credible....
billsfreak Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 I hope it isn't either, but after multiple problems already, I sure wouldn't be surprised. When was the last time a multiple offender in the NFL stopped at 2 incidents?

NyQuil Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/06/09/m...not-practicing/ Cliff Notes? For some reason my work computer freezes when I try to open that link.
Guest dog14787 Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Cliff Notes? For some reason my work computer freezes when I try to open that link. Per Chris Brown Marshawn Lynch is not participating on day one of minicamp. He is on the field watching practice and wearing his jersey, but is not doing anything. Fred Jackson is taking starter reps in the RB rotation.( that's all she wrote)
Steely Dan Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 C'mon BeastMode, You know the drill. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/06/09/m...not-practicing/ Beat me to it. I heard he's standing on the sideline not doing anything because he has the Hershey Squirts, no reliable source for that though. Maybe Skooby can confirm that for us.
San Jose Bills Fan Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Here's the Bills' official explanantion as to why Marshawn hasn't been practicing: http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2009/06/11/lynchs-injury/ "Marshawn Lynch did not participate in the last two helmet practices with his teammates in minicamp on Tuesday and Wednesday. His injury was outlined by head coach Dick Jauron. “He got stepped on and his foot kind of swelled up,” said Jauron. ”So we sent him for x-rays and tests, and nothing is broken, but it was still swollen and sore.” Lynch was favoring the foot a bit walking around on the sidelines at practice. But it’s not considered serious." So apparently the cops who roughed him up on Chippewa also stepped on his foot.

GG Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 So apparently the cops who roughed him up on Chippewa also stepped on his foot. It was probably one of these cops.
MattyT Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 I guess it's decided then. Jackson has supplanted Marshawn as the #1 RB.
RayFinkle Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 I LOVE this board. At least he is just trying to stir the existing turd in the punchbowl and not trying to pinch out another one.
