ChasBB Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 It would appear the Bills roster is pretty much set for the 2009 season and barring any last minute additions, we will hit the road on opening day on Monday night in New England with the present roster minus the waived players after pre seaaon. The media will certainly focus on the return of Tom Brady in New England and the addition of Terrell Owens to the Bills roster. Freddy Jackson will most certainly share some of the spotlight with 136 yards on 27 attempts in last years match up. So, how important is game one of the season? A. Critical B. Very important C. Just another game "Very important" -- just like the other 15 games are. The 1st game of the season cannot be labeled "critical" -- even if it is a division opponent, but it certainly is very important. I think Buffalo loses this game, but still goes on to make the playoffs.
JPicc2114 Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 I just have a horrible feeling that the Bills are going to get absolutely rocked this game. Like a 45-10 or something like that. Historically the Bills do not play well on prime time, and we all know how the last prime time game against the Patriots turned out. It was torture to watch. Dickie J better have something up his sleeve to get some pressure on Brady or its going to be long night.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 B. Very important A. Critical will be the second Putrids game.
