kota Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 A guy that has been labeled a bust by some here was just taken off the field in an ambulance. This man has been playing his ass of these past few weeks and has shut down Ellis all day. Put him in your prayers.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 Just said that Mike is in the Bills locker room, not a hospital. Thats REALLY good news.
Golden Wheels Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 All CBS said was that it was a neck injury, but he had feeling in all extremities. Thank God. That was pretty scary to see him motionless on the field. Speedy recovery to #68.
Art in PNS Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 Come on Big Mike !!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope it was just a stinger and you will be back on the field soon, we need you .
Ramius Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 God Bless ya Big Mike and your family... i know i have given ya some crap about your play in the past, but when it comes to injuries, nothing matters cept your health buddy...get well soon, we need ya out there...
Guest BackInDaDay Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 All x-rays came back negative. He'll most likely be 'doubtful' for next week's game.
bartshan-83 Posted November 7, 2004 Posted November 7, 2004 Great news that it wasnt serious. I loved the thumbs up right before they loaded him into the ambulance. My first thought though was how are they gonna lift him onto that gurney? Hope he can be back soon!

She's currently working in her hospital's Radiology Dept. When I told her Big Mike's weight (360lbs), she told me that their CAT Scan machine can't handle people over 400lbs. They send them to the zoo! Now that's embarassing!
John from Riverside Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 Did you see how many people it took to lift him? Get well big Mike....I would do my heart good to see you come back and prove your naysayers wrong by carving out a all pro career......
Tisaruse Posted November 8, 2004 Posted November 8, 2004 My best wishes to Mike Williams and his family.
