dib Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 I was never quite sure how a woman could 'rape' a boy. There has to be just a tad bit of cooperation on the boy's part

WVUFootball29 Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 Rape is defined as sex without consent in most states. In order to legally consent one must be of a certain age and of sound mind. If one member of the act is underage, they cannot legally consent even if they phyiscally do which in the eyes of the law is rape.
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted May 29, 2009 Posted May 29, 2009 I was never quite sure how a woman could 'rape' a boy. There has to be just a tad bit of cooperation on the boy's part Well a guy (especially a 14 year old hormonal guy) can still get an erection even if he doesn't want one. In any case, it's statutory rape.
