Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he "supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews." The complaint says the men hurled racial slurs at both blacks and whites. A poll watcher who provided an affidavit to prosecutors in the case noted that Bartle Bull, who worked as a civil rights lawyer in the south in the 1960's and is a former campaign manager for Robert Kennedy, said it was the most blatant form of voter intimidation he had ever seen. In 2000 they flat out made up the 'intimidating black voters' bullsh-- in FL as part of the PR strategy to support stealing the election. Of course, ALGORE couldn't get that right either. Or ignoring the fact that after they slammed a Christian university the truth came out and they've been real quiet since. of course the YDC on campase had to issue a formal apology and retract their lies. but the Gov and media who took the YDC at face value haven't said they're sorry yet.
