_BiB_
I really wish we all lived closer together. I'd have you all over and I would cook a wonderful meal. Left, right, liberal, conservative. A great gourmet meal, excellent wine would help bring us all together. Everyone put down their favorite dish and we can vote on it. Mine...due to the chilly weather that is upon us would be cassoulet with bottle of Burgundy. For dessert, my famous tart tatin. MMMMMMMMM food!! 104575 Cassoulet would be excellent. You have the little cast iron roasters? Olivier was going to get me some, but we never got around to it.

Olivier was going to get me some, but we never got around to it. 104584 I have one, but only holds enough for about 2 people. To get your lips smacking for my cassoulet, when I worked at one of the top French restaurants in LA the Times food critic, Ruth Reichel, who is now the editor for Gourmet, used to come in and order two. One to eat there and the other to take home. But I'm open to suggestions...I can pretty much make anything.

Would love to try yours. 104594 If I had to pinpoint the foods I make the best it would be the long braises that the French make so well such as cassoulet, coq au vin, beef bourgignonne, blanquette de veau and my favorite choucroute. Fall and winter is my favorite time to cook and eat!!

Olivier lives in the Basque now. Next time I puddle jump we were going to try to hook up for some regional cuisine. Our politics differ, but we both like good food and wine. Good food brings people together. !@#$ McDonalds.

I'm into Campbell Soup Co. and lost my ass last spring. I bought more over the summer, so I'm hoping to make that back this winter. Do me one small favor; Eat fewer Pop Tarts and have more soup! We did a lot of cooking together, just for fun and to spend time with each other. Now it's just feed the machine to keep it running. Swanson works fine. SilverNRed
More Hilarity The girl from Travis County, TX (Austin) looks pretty hot. Probably not too hard to impress her; just grab a few talking points and say I'm a socialist..... 104144 The website seems to be back up for those of you who missed it the first time. You really should check out the "We're sorry" gallery. Truly the best and brightest America has to offer.
