If the new owner wants to move the team to Toronto, they will have to pay $1 billion for the team, $1 billion for a new stadium, and then up to $1 billion for a relocation fee. And guess what? They will have to pay even more, because the exchange rate is not favorable for a Canadian owner. Interest rates are too high, and it would be impossible to make a profit ANYWHERE with that much debt. Hell, the cowboys couldn't make a profit if they had to pony up that much cash.
