SKOOBY Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnatio...&listId=279 Scroll over the Bills logo and see what comes up........... LEVI JONES !!!!!!!!
Rock'em Sock'em Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Scroll over the Bills logo and see what comes up........... Nice detective work, now that's digging deep. I wonder if the front office knows yet...
JoeF Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 The great gazzoo (Clayton) displays premature "sign-ulation"
davefan66 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnatio...&listId=279 Scroll over the Bills logo and see what comes up........... LEVI JONES !!!!!!!! Per PFT he did cancel his gig with seattle today.
MaineMoxie Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Dude, that would be awesome, but it's a little odd that there's NOTHING else out there on it. Let's just hope Clayton got this one right.
Alphadawg7 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Could just be a mistake, seen it happen several times before...so we will see if the media reports anything. I serioulsy doubt the guy who does the web publishing (who is in charge of that little symbol) has the inside track to the front office and us signing Levi...if he did know, then ESPN would know and would already have reported it.
DDD Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnatio...&listId=279 Scroll over the Bills logo and see what comes up........... LEVI JONES !!!!!!!! That was one crazy bit of defective work. Talking about leaving no stone unturned.
Alphadawg7 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 That was one crazy bit of defective work. Talking about leaving no stone unturned. lol...why does everyone keep saying "investigating"? Do you really think Skooby combed the internet putting his cursor over every Bills logo to see what came up? lmao...I am sure he just came upon it while reading that article...lmao at investigating...
Kelly the Dog Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Apparently, ESPN.com now considers the announcements of major free agent signings the equivalent of an Easter egg hunt and little six year old Skooby the retard wins the prize.
ajzepp Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 If this is legit, it's the strangest way we've ever learned about a signing going down

SKOOBY Posted May 8, 2009 Author Posted May 8, 2009 If this is legit, it's the strangest way we've ever learned about a signing going down That T.O. things went from talking to signing in no time flat.
Alphadawg7 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 If this is legit, it's the strangest way we've ever learned about a signing going down If this is legit its because of a silly conincidence...no way the little programmer that does the links on that web page has inside knowledge to the Bills and Levi, lmao. Its clearly a mistake...doesnt mean the Bills wont still sign Levi, but there is no way its happened and that programmer knows about it while no media outlet has the story yet...come on now
Kelly the Dog Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 If this is legit, it's the strangest way we've ever learned about a signing going down No doubt that it comes from this article listing the best off-seasons and some low level staffer screwed up when putting the names in the little link under the helmet: 6. Buffalo Bills: The Bills rolled the dice by signing Terrell Owens, but no team had a more glaring need for a second receiving option than the Bills did last year. When teams stopped Marshawn Lynch on the ground and double-teamed Lee Evans, the Bills couldn't do anything on offense. They upgraded the middle of their offensive line with center Geoff Hangartner and rookie guards Eric Wood and Andy Levitre. The final piece could come if they can sign Bengals tackle Levi Jones, who was released Wednesday. Fourth-round choice Shawn Nelson could be the pass-catching tight end. Drayton Florence should help the secondary, and Aaron Maybin was the pass-rusher head coach Dick Jauron had been seeking for more than a year. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor...&id=4148617

KD in CA Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 I simply won't believe it until his wikipedia page is updated.
