Peter Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 It did not turn out the way that I wanted, but did any of you see the beginning of the match and the atmosphere at Emirates stadium. It was pretty exciting. The supporters were great. What I thought was pretty cool was the way they announced the players. The PA announcer would say: Number 11 Robin . . . . and the crowd would shout back: van Persie. They probably do this elsewhere, but watching it yesterday was very impressive with the way the crowd responded. I would think that Bills fans would do so in the same way at the Ralph. The Rhinos are very popular and many feel they could easily support an MLS franchise there. That being said, I'm glad to see MLS expanding!
