Romeo Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 Now that draft days 1 & 2 are over, now that Mel Kiper Jr. and Keyshawn Johnson are no longer arguing and now that our beloved Buffalo Bills received a B+ according to ESPN Insider, who do or who can we add to solidify an already promising draft? I agree the players available in certain positions are projects(just like any other rookie by the way) but who would you like to see us add to push skill position players, add competition, shore up an already amazing special teams unit or perhaps just some "bodies" that can maybe surprise us all with their work ethic and misrepresented talents? Let the opinionating begin....ready set...go! P.S. Nic Harris is going to crack heads, see ya soon Teddy Ginn Jr.
Romeo Posted April 27, 2009 Author Posted April 27, 2009 DL David Lindquist (Illinois) OT Joel Bell (Furman) TE Travis McCall (Alabama) K Danny Urrego (Portland State) DE Gerald Washington (USC) Right now I like the fact we're trying to hit at TE, that position is essential to Trent's progression and our lines productivity. We lost Jason Peters and didn't replace him in the draft, we signed Joel Bell who has great mechanics but his strength and shoulder positioning leaves something to be desired. I do like the chances Gerald Washington has to help improve our team(not by making the roster but by pushing our current rotation to look over their shoulders enough). I noticed that Graham Harrell is trying out with the Dallas Cowboys, I'd like to see him catch on in this league...but it looks like his arm strength just isn't there...

Thoner7 Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 I would like to see Jean-Francou (sp?), DT form LSU signed. He reminds me of McCargo. That might be a bad thing to some, but if McCargo was an UDFA he would be a solid player not a first round bust. Beside, McCargo is probably on the way out as it is. I would also take Jaws word for it and get that QB whos d*ck he couldn't get off of. Other than that no real suggestions. I would just say sign as many of these guys as you can. Its a numbers game, the more we brign in the higher chance we have of finding someone worth a damn.
