I'm not to sure about Maybin having to bulk up. Maybe just to continue kicking some more butt in the weight room, but no need to really gain weight

I believe the Bills strength and conditioning coach also works with or knows enough about nutrition and diets to bulk him up along with Maybin. I think he will be allright and give the Bills a great TE for years to come.

If we could put 15 lbs on each of them it would be great. Not an easy task, but doable! :w00t:

At bills.com they talk to one of the Bills scouts about Nelson. He said (IIRC) that Nelson didn't even have a training table at Southern Miss, and the Bills trainers think they can put 10 pounds on him before training camp without losing any speed or quickness. He's going to play at 250-255, which will be fine for a receiving TE. He's also a very willing blocker, he just doesn't have the size or refined pro technique yet. The Bills need to sign a veteran blocking TE off the street anyway, and they will IMO. You can always find them.

Why add weight to Maybin? He's built almost the same way as Jason Taylor... worked for him with that style of speed pass rush.
