Athletes dont....

 

My son is 17 years old takes two a day and will probably do that for the next 10 years at least.

 

The thing is....protein shakes are not going to get you there....you got to eat the right kind of food....the right amount of it.....and lift HEAVY

Why not just have him run down a deer and gnaw in it's hind quarters?

 

 

I think he'll soon be developing a taste for Mexican...particularly when he's in NYC :thumbsup:
