NFL Bills Draft Page, Says we need a WR?

Why does the NFL's Bills draft page state one of ours needs is a WR? I know that Owens is only here for a year but that is hardly a need, is it? They also have RB as a need again strange with the signing of Rhodes, that too hardly seems like a need.

 

I am wondering who created that page and when.
