I think most ppl are happy cuz 1- theres really nothing we can do about what Buffalo has already done and 2 - most feel the talent lvl of the O-line just improved immensely..sure Peters was a huge talent, but he just didn't want to work with Buffalo..wich is a shame because if it wasn't for Buffalo Peters might be washing cars or flipping burgers or whatever outside of football.

You are probably right, there's nothing we can do so why not be happy.

Until we get an experienced GM in here who knows how to build a football team starting with a new Coaching staff why even worry about it, lets just be happy.

I'm getting there

Looking at next year's schedule, does anyone really see us any better than 2-6 at the bye? Day 1 maneuvers and picks look like more of the same. Same reaching for the same "talent" by the same scouting geniuses who've led us down a 9 year path of mediocrity.

he'll last 3 more years...

Jauron doesn't care,he knows he signed a 3 year contract with an owner who is to cheap to fire him no matter how badly the team does record wise over that 3 year period.

Clearly Jauron drafted not for immediate help, but for a solid team when his contract is about to expire. Anyone who thinks that any of the players the Bills selected in round one or two will step right in and play at a high level in the NFL is delusional!

We've got some respectable talent on the team. Our Defense, with some FA and Rookie additions could be in the top ten, and if this new line pans out, our offense should be productive. Our special teams is going to be very good. As a Bills fan, you don't always agree with the moves, and through this Juaron era we haven't moved forward at all, BUT, everyone in this organization knows this is a make or break year. It's Wilson's HOF year, to boot, and these players are tired of getting overlooked and beaten. I think that character drive is what motivated the departure of Peters and Dockery. So, we're going to have to sit back and watch, and hope these professionals know what they are doing and can put together a competitive team, that will certainly be young, and hopefully will have enough desire and drive to go out every week and play their butts off. Until they are out of the playoffs (in which case it is another few years of rebuilding) I'm going to expect to see the Bills prove that they're contenders.

So far they haven't been close enough to be what we want, but they're going to do everything they can this year to do it. So, we'll see just how good this organization is. There won't be any excuses. And that is something to look forward to.
