stevewin Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Last game against the Jets (which Milloy missed) the Bills allowed 18 first downs through the air. I'm also wondering if having TV come back not as a starter but in the nickel is an option if he still isn't 100% BTW - just saw this stat - Milloy had 18 tackles last week!? Wow Milloy, who missed the first Jets meeting recovering from a broken arm, is coming off an 18-tackle game against Arizona with two passes defended. sportsline
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Considering the Bills lost to the Jets by just 2 in Jersey, having Milloy and a healthy Jennings should make a huge difference, not to mention home field and the Jets having a short week. Getting Vincent would be icing, but if he's limping "considerably" as reports indicate, it's probably best to dress him and not play him (i.e. activate him) unless needed, and save him for NE.
bills_fan Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 If we had a healthy Milloy all year we would have beaten both the Jest and the Jax.
Ray Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 Healthy Milloy all year and we are likely 5-2! Where are all the posters who said he was over the hill last year? We see how valuable he is to this team when he is not there. He quietly does things that your safety is supposed to do and belongs where he is supposed to be.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 The Bills could have been 6-1. His presence would have helped against the Pats as well.
